These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your dealings with Mundiva Travel Pty Ltd ("Mundiva", "we", "us"). By using this site or requesting a quote you agree to these terms.

About our services

Mundiva is a tour operator that designs and arranges travel packages and immersive cultural journeys. Information on this website, including itineraries and indicative descriptions, is provided for general guidance and may be updated as availability and conditions change.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed only once we have provided written confirmation and any required deposit has been received. The specific terms, inclusions and prices of each journey are set out in the proposal we send to you.

Pricing and changes

Prices are quoted in the currency stated in your proposal and may be affected by exchange rates, third-party supplier costs and taxes. We will tell you in advance if a confirmed price needs to change for reasons outside our control.

Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, meeting visa and health requirements, and arranging suitable travel insurance for your journey. Please review the requirements for each destination before you travel.

Liability

We take care in selecting our partners, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier disruptions, weather and events of force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
